Ronald R. Fralicx was born on November 26, 1950 in Alton, Illinois. His formative years were spent on a small farm in Central Illinois where he learned the meaning of hard work.  After high school and one semester of junior college, he worked in industry, first in meatpacking and then at a cement plant at Clarksville, Missouri.

In 1976, Mr. Fralicx quit his job at the cement plant and moved to Kirksville, Missouri to complete his undergraduate education. He tended bar at night and attended class in the daytime. In the spring of 1979, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in history from Truman State University.

Mr. Fralicx then enrolled at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law and completed his juris doctorate there in December 1981. While in law school he received the American Jurisprudence award for his course work in Estate Planning and an award for superior brief writing in advocacy and research.

Mr. Fralicx was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1982 to practice in all Missouri courts and has over 25 years of experience in the general practice of law. He now practices regularly in the Warren County Circuit Court, and previously practiced in the St. Charles County Circuit Court on a regular basis. He has also handled cases in the St. Louis County Circuit Court, Franklin County Circuit Court, and LIncoln County Circuit Court. He also has extensive Missouri Court of Appeals experience and substantial jury and bench trial experience. He has successfully briefed and argued cases in the Missouri Supreme Court, most notably in the case of In re Nocita, 914 S.W.2d 358 (Mo. 1996).

Mr. Fralicx is a member of The Missouri Bar Association and has earned a BV Peer Review Rating. This is an indication of an exemplary reputation and well-established practice with a significant client base and high professional standing. He is admitted to practice in all courts in Missouri.

Mr. Fralicx has been practicing in Warrenton since December 2003. Prior to that he was a partner of Beck, Tiemeyer, Zerr, Fralicx & Wulff in St. Charles for 15 years.
